"Tavria Fair" is by far the largest exhibition-fair of the Kherson region, which has no equal in terms of the representation of various industries, and the number of participants and visitors.
The first exhibition "Tavria Fair" was held in 2000 under the slogan "Buy Ukrainian - We will support the state". The exhibition was supported by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Committee on Support and Development of Entrepreneurship, Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, ACDI / VOCA, New Business, Ukrainian Education Program of Market Reforms, which provided enormous assistance in preparing and conducting the exhibition. The exhibition was opened by the honorary president of the festival "Tavria Games" Nikolai Bagraev. 101 enterprises from 14 regions of Ukraine took part in the exhibition. The exhibition was attended by more than 80,000 people, more than 300 contracts and long-term contracts were concluded.
During the II International "Tavria Fair", under the auspices of Ukrvinprom corporation, "The First Tavria International Tasting Contest of Wines, Champagne and Cognacs" took place, in which 12 of the best winemaking enterprises of Ukraine provided 72 samples of wine products to win gold, silver and bronze medals. The participants of the culinary contest "The Best Cook", which was held with the support of TM Miroshnik, treated their guests with their delicious dishes. The exhibition was attended by 138 enterprises from 19 regions of Ukraine, as well as representatives of Russia, Israel, America, Moldova, Belarus.
The holding of the III International "Tavria Fair" confirmed that this exhibition had become traditional and necessary and was an integral part of the image of not only the Tavria region but the entire southern region of Ukraine. Participants and honorary guests of the exhibition were offered not only a rich business program, but also very original entertainment, in addition to the traditional visit to the musical event "Tavria Games", an excursion on the lands of the winery "Kamensky" was held. The guests saw the wine cellars of Prince Trubetskoy, which preserve the unique charm and magnificence of the princely castle. A vivid event in the framework of the "Tavria Fair" was the visit of the Trade Attaché of the Republic of Poland to Ukraine, Lech Dzemaskiewicz. Round tables were held on many topics, with the participation of domestic producers and Polish businessmen.

93 enterprises from 15 regions of Ukraine took part in the VI International "Tavria Fair". Within the framework of the exhibition, a business forum with the participation of mayors of Ukrainian cities took place. In this event, representatives of the city council of Nova Kakhovka, the Union of Manufacturers and Entrepreneurs, as well as the heads of leading enterprises of the Kherson region, took part as well as 14 mayors of cities from 6 regions of Ukraine. During the business forum, issues of interregional relations development were considered, investment projects were considered, a number of agreements were signed, and a memorandum on the development of the exhibition and tourism sectors of the Kherson region was signed.
86 participants from 18 regions of Ukraine took part in the VII International "Tavria Fair". During the exhibition the international seminar "Green tourism - prospects of development in Ukraine" was held. The seminar was attended by heads of boarding houses and sanatoriums of the Kherson region, Western Ukraine, Poland, and Moldova. Following the results of the negotiations, it was decided to create a network of agencies and offices for the development of Green Tourism in Ukraine.
127 participants from 14 oblasts of Ukraine participated in the VIII International "Tavria Fair". Within the framework of the exhibition, 4 all-Ukrainian forums with the participation of industrialists and entrepreneurs of Ukraine were held, a number of investment projects of the Kherson region were presented to delegations for consideration. An international seminar for leading agricultural producers "Industrial organic farming in Ukraine and abroad" was held.
93 participants from 16 regions of Ukraine took part in the IX International "Tavria Fair". During the exhibition, an international seminar "Improving competitiveness and economic development through introduction of energy-efficient technologies in the regions" took place. The leaders of the enterprises attended the workshop, presenting energy-efficient and energy-efficient technologies, as well as heads of communal enterprises, heads of administration of cities and regions of Ukraine.
86 participants from 11 oblasts of Ukraine and four countries (Slovenia, Poland, Germany, Latvia) participated in the Xth Anniversary International "Tavria Fair". As part of the exhibition, the II International Investment Forum "Tavria Horizons" was held with the support of the LINC (USAID) project with the participation of foreign and domestic investors, investment projects of the Kherson region were presented. A conference was organized jointly with GTZ's German project "Energy Saving - Technologies and Implementation Experience in Ukraine"
The XI International "Tavria Fair", as well as the two previous ones, offered exclusive conditions for commodity producers. 87 exhibitors from 8 oblasts of Ukraine (Kherson, Mykolaiv, Zaporozhia, Kyiv, Zhytomyr, Poltava, Kirovograd, Dnipropetrovsk) participated in the exhibition. Foreign participants were represented by 11 enterprises (USA - 1, France - 1, United Kingdom - 1, Poland - 1, Germany - 2, PRC - 1, Turkey - 1, Georgia - 3). The main sections of the exhibition were food products, industry, construction industry, agro-industrial complex, finance and investments. Within the framework of the exhibition, the International Investment Forum "Tavria Horizons" was held. 326 specialists took part in the investment forum: heads of regional state organizations, heads of Ukrainian companies, banks and organizations, representatives of the Kherson regional state administration, representatives of mass media, representatives of foreign organizations and enterprises, representatives of foreign diplomatic organizations, projects, foundations and administrative- territorial units of foreign states. One of the forum's events was the conference "Regional Planning and Investment - the First Steps in Ukraine". The participants of the conference were representatives of regional state administrations of Ukraine, heads of economic departments of executive committees from 7 regions of Ukraine and specialists of the LINC project. The conference was supported by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Local Investments and National Competitiveness.
97 participants from 14 regions of Ukraine participated in the XII International "Tavria Fair". The foreign participants were represented by 9 countries (USA - 2, Slovakia - 1, Poland - 1, Hungary - 1, Austria - 1, Georgia - 3). Enterprises, organizations, institutions of the Kherson region of various forms of ownership presented advanced technologies and high-quality products of industrial and product groups of their own production. The priority directions of industry development in the region were presented by Automotive Plant AntoRus Ltd, Budweiser LLC, Plant Building Materials No. 1 LLC, PetroNik LLC, Open Society «Kakhovsky Experimental Mechanical Plant», LLC «Plant Plastics», PJSC «Beryslavsky Machine-Building Plant ", Novokakhovsky Electromechanical Plant LLC, Kherson Machine-Building Plant, Scientific-Production Enterprise LLC, and" Sada "Accumulator Factory. At the exhibition, agricultural producers of the region sold their products at producer prices, namely: vegetables and fruits, flour, bakery and pasta, sunflower oil, cereals, meat products, and more. Traditionally, tastings of cognacs, wines, sausages, bakery and confectionery, mayonnaise, ketchup, cheese, apples, canned goods, etc. were held for fairs.
The XIII International "Tavria Fair" included 164 entities of various forms of ownership, both in the Kherson region and in other regions of Ukraine. In addition to the producers of the Kherson region, enterprises from 13 oblasts of Ukraine (Zhytomyr, Mykolaiv, Kharkiv, Kirovograd, Donetsk, Kyiv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Lviv, Sumy, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhia, Luhansk, Poltava) took part in the exhibition, which presented industrial and agricultural goods, light industry goods, souvenirs, foodstuffs and other products. Within the framework of the exhibition, with the assistance of the international concern Pipelife International GmbH, a world-wide producer of polymer pipes, a technical seminar and presentation of Pipelife Turkey - Arili Plastik Sanayi AS flat pipe drip tubes for the leading farms of the Kherson region was held. Within the framework of the exhibition, the International Investment Forum "Tavria Horizons: Cooperation, Investments, Economic Development" was held. More than 300 people from 26 countries of the world participated in the investment forum, including Austria, Argentina, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, UK, Greece, Georgia, India, China, Saudi Arabia, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Germany, South Africa, Poland, Russia, Romania, Slovakia, USA, Turkey, Czech Republic, France, Switzerland, and Estonia. Among the participants of the Forum were representatives of foreign companies: Alfa Group (Russia), BETEN International (France), Agromas (Lithuania), Aida Investment Consulting (Shanghai) Co. Ltd. (China), BASF (Germany), Dunapac -Tavriya (Austria), Organika Technologies (Germany), Shanti Company, Global Energy FZE (United Kingdom), Emmanuel Farm (USA), Crown Agro "(Bulgaria), Prime Trade, sro. (Czech Republic), as well as more than 50 Ukrainian business companies.
148 participants from 17 oblasts of Ukraine took part in the XIV International "Tavria Fair". During the exhibition in the city of Nova Kakhovka, the VII International Investment Forum "Tavria Horizons: Environmental Investments, Cooperation, Economic Development" was held, the main idea of which was the presentation of the Kherson Region as a "health area". This year more than 320 people took part in the Forum. Among them were representatives of business and business circles, investment companies and funds, diplomatic institutions and trade and economic missions, heads of administrative-territorial units and international organizations of Russia, Romania, the Slovakia, Kyrgyzstan, Poland, Austria, Lithuania, Georgia, Turkey, Kenya, Czech Republic, and Greece. Among the foreign companies participating in the Forum were BETEN International (France), Emmanuel Farm, AtlantikFarm South, Nelsonirrigation Corporation (USA), ARVI (Lithuania), Gender, Atrium, Octavia, Eco-Carpathi (Poland), Euro-Trading (Austria), as well as more than 60 Ukrainian business companies.
The XV anniversary International "Tavria Fair" was attended by 126 participants from 14 oblasts of Ukraine. The Tavria Tourist Forum, the main tourist event of the South of Ukraine, was traditionally held on the day of the exhibition. The purpose of the Tavria Tourist Forum in the city of Nova Kakhovka is to intensify the development of external and internal inbound tourism in the Tavria region, attract investors to the most promising projects of tourist infrastructure, present the tourist facilities and routes of Kherson region to numerous guests and participants of the Forum. During the forum, the first Tavria Fest Active Tourism Festival was launched in the framework of sharing information of tourism locations of the Kherson region and in particular the Tavria Region. All participants and guests of the Tavria Tourist Forum and Festival visited the Jubilee "Tavria Fair", where they could familiarize themselves with and taste and buy products of domestic producers.
